Awful experience! Grand Cleaners ruined my (irreplaceable) silk items by melting/scorching them with a press, then lied about it. Claimed they werent pressed & tried to blame it on the chemicals used for cleaning them & "manufacturer defects." Horrible communication - avoided phone calls/attempts to contact. Denied that they damaged the items, even though they showed obvious signs of being pressed (yeah, iron creases kind of give it away, right?)... AND still tried to deny it even after another dry cleaner (whos been in business 40+ years) had attested the damage was clearly caused by a press. Took a month to resolve, but that wasnt even with the cleaners themselves... the cleaners have a branch in Hy-Vee, and since I got nowhere with the actual owner of Grand Cleaners, Hy-Vee stepped in and finally resolved the issues. (Thank goodness Hy-Vees staff had the moral standards to set things right.) Would NOT use this dry cleaner again, & would NOT recommend them to others!

Poor customer service. Our pickup ticket said Wednesday, and no one told us this was Wednesday after 3:00pm. I went in Wednesday at 8:30 to pick our attire up. It was not even at the location I was at. I went to the main location and asked for a discount because one item was still damp and I had to drive across town, which made me late. I firmly told the manager to write on the ticket after 3:00pm or at least to train all her employees to say this. She then replied that her employee did say this, so who are they going to believe!!! We will never use their services again, and I hope you wont either.

It does exist, you just have to look for it. The map is wrong as is often the case in newly developed areas. It is located on the West side of Stange, behind American Family Insurance. There is a parking area back there with more businesses on the back side of the row. The store front looks exactly as the picture does and as their website says. It is a dry cleaner with people that are actually friendly. I was pleasantly surprised! Otherwise, it is your average, everyday dry cleaner. Nothing bad, nothing too special, other than the friendly employees.
