Stay Away... Wayzata Home Laundry ruined 7 of my shirts by poking a hole in the left arm in the same spot in all 7 shirts. When I brought it to their attention first they yelled at me and then they claimed there is no way it could be their fault. All I know is 7 of my shirts had no holes in them when they went to Wayzata Home Laundry and they all had holes in them when they were returned to me. The staff here is not open to problem solving and certainly have no desire to offer customer service. I think Steves review from 4 months prior is right on, "They hate there life and the job."

Im really disappointed in Wayzata Home Laundry & Dry Cleaning. Just picked up two pairs of black jeans from them. I was driving home and noticed really bad fading and white streaks on them. I went back in and the owner said he couldnt do anything because theyd followed the instructions on the tag (it did say that they should not be dry cleaned, which I didnt notice, but Id had them dry cleaned before at other locations and they were perfectly fine). They said theyd give me a credit for the $15 I paid for dry cleaning, but since it doesnt come close to the damages I wont be returning.

Had a fantastic experience with the young man at the front counter. Came in to pick up a suit and dress in a mad dash to get ready for a wedding. It wasnt immediately where he expected it would be (and I panicked) but he calmly checked another location in the store. Turns out, I was early to pickup, but it was ready anyway! Then, this young man helped carry the suit and dress to my car because I was on crutches. So, so polite, and helped me get on my way quickly. Great experience!

I would like to make everyone aware to please shop around before choosing Wayzata Home Laundry. I was ripped off recently and was given no sympathy from the staff, manager and even the OWNER! They typically charge double for the small jobs and I would advise people to please look elsewhere to save money. Also, if you do choose them, ask for a break down of work to see where your hard earned money is going before doing business.

Ive had many experiences with dry cleaners throughout my lifetime, and have never experienced better service and great outcome. You can tell, Kevin takes great pride in his work and Morgan (at front desk) gives fabulous customer service. Yesterday, I was running late. When Morgan saw me pull in, she brought my cleaning out to my car! Now thats service!

Ruined my clothing. Said they would comp it, so I left with my ruined item and got a bill in the mail for double the price a month later with a note saying to call the owner with the phone number so I called the owner and he was very rude saying that I am basically a thief! Never again

I found these guys through Google Maps, read a couple reviews and decided to give them a try. Nice people, very personable, and good service. Not the cheapest on the block, but I consider them a very fair value. Ill take good service with paying a few extra bucks any day.

This cleaner does a phenomenal job! I had my wedding dress cleaned recently and was very impressed. It was perfectly cleaned and looked even more amazing than when I bought it! There wasnt one bead missing or thread out of place. I will definitely be back.

The best! The Dynan family always takes great care of me. Suits, shirts, blankets, I even recently had them clean my hockey gear which turned out great. If you need anything special or arent happy for any reason, just ask for Pat! Hell take care of you.

Bad experience. Owner quite a character, to say the least. It is laundry, and I dont expect much in service,..but this was really bad. Would do my own shirts before going back and dealing with them again.
