Brought my daughters Prom dress to another dry cleaner in Elk River. When I picked it up, it looked like it was never touched. They told me they couldnt redo for 2 days. Prom was the next day. I called Natures and they finished it in 2 hrs!! Ready in time for Prom. After I recieved such great customer service, I decided to try them for my dress shirts. When I picked up my shirts and brought them home, I couldnt believe the difference! I thought it might be a one time wonder, so I really wasnt expecting the same results the second time. When I picked up my second batch of shirts, I mentioned to the cashier "what a great job they did the first time". She told me they scrub all the collars by hand first, before pressing. My dress shirts look like new again. Great job!! I will be a loyal customer for a long time. Lee

Came in on a Saturday with a king sized quilt. Penny came out from behind the counter to ask if I had been there before and if I needed assistance. She helped me find the right size washer for the quilt, where to place the laundry detergent and helped me change my bills into coins. The washer did an excellent job on the quilt. I will definitely return with my large items. Thank you.

I paid $299 for a wedding gown to be cleaned and preserved. I opened the box and the gown was not cleaned and still had the dirt around the bottom that I asked them to remove. Very disappointed.
