I wear business suits everyday so I have a larger need for cleaners. I had a terrible customer experience with these cleaners. The clerks were fine, not top notch service, but not bad either. However, when I asked to speak with the manager, she lacked interpersonal skills. After the cleaners failed to clean the jacket I had brought in I asked the manager to explain to me what she was asking me to pay for, to what she had no response and instead became very defensive. I understood why she did not have any customer skills when I spoke to the owner. Good people always hire good people to work for them. The opposite is also true and in this case, once again, it proved that it was. There are plenty of cleaners around that area and I would recommend any of them over this one.

Not ever going back to this place. Just very bad. Im mostly not very happy for losing a nice work jacket. My husband and I were first time customers here. First of all, we werent happy with the overall cleaning. Our work jackets and my husbands work suit didnt smell clean. Secondly, I did not like that they price my work jackets the same as they did with my husbands suits which in comparison are much smaller and easier to clean. And last but not least, I lost one of the work jackets I took there. We brought 7 pieces of clothing and got only 6 back. They couldnt find it. The manager called me once and I missed the call because I was at work. I called back and never got a hold of anyone there even though I left a message.

This business changed their business hours without changing their website posted hours, which caused me a great deal of anguish and expense when I could not get the clothes I needed for a 10 day trip to New York. I had to buy new clothes and have my husband ship my outfits 2-day FedEx when he was able to finally pick them up on Monday. When I called to talk to the manager in Monday, he told me it was not their fault. They had hours posted on FaceBook and at their counter. Really poor customer service... still have not changed hours posted on website to match new hours posted st their counter.

Id typically give 4 or 5 stars, as Ive gotten superior service here before on unique items (hats, shoes, jerseys); I came out of my way to bring my items today, as the online hours posted said they were open until 5 p.m. on Saturdays. When I arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find the doors locked. When I peeked inside, I noticed the closing hour was scribbled out to reflect 3 p.m. One would think the online hours would be updated as well.

Both my husban & I travel a great deal and have a huge need for dry cleaning...I will say not only do they do an excellent job...customer service through & through.I would never take our dry cleaning anywhere else. They all do everything onsite which is great because nothing gets lost, misplaced you always know there will be consistency every single time.They also do tailoring as well.

I read a negative review on Plaza Cleaners this morning, in it, the review stated bad managers hire bad personnel. Being in sales for 20 years I can attest to the addage that at times it is best to fire "bad" customers. Plaza has always ben the best in the area, hands down. I do agree the counter help is lacking, but, to keep pricing competitive that seems to be a necessity.

This cleaners is by far the best in the area. First of all, the service is just great! The manager, Renay, is very personable and friendly. My clothes always come back perfectly as well. They replace buttons if they are missing or broken, the express bag drop off is convenient. You really wont find a better place in this area.

My husband and I have been using Plaza Cleaners for 10 years, laundering and dry cleaning at least 10-15 items per week. They are very good - consistent, reliable, and friendly. I tried another cleaners for a couple of weeks, and they simply couldnt compare to Plaza Cleaners. I will never stray again!

Plaza has been our Cleaners since 1993. I can recall only one problem encountered in those 24 years. They took care of it quickly and beyond my expectation. Weve recommended them to all our friends.
