I brought a dress in to be cleaned and when I got it back all the bead work was gone. They pointed out it says to have professionally cleaned on the tag; apparently they are not professional cleaners. My only point is they should be checking tags before they accept items if there are things they can not do. They would not reimburse me for the item, very poor service.

I get all of my suits and dress shirts cleaned at Pilgrim. The staff is always nice, they do a great job, and even take care of odds and ends like buttons and hems for me. My clothes are done on time and the prices are reasonable. Ill be back!
