My experience has been super fantastic! I have been going there for 10+ years and I have always had a good positive experience with their service team, their manager Tammy, and the wonderful turn around time frames they can meet for me. I have also experienced their cleaning on specialty items and used the tailor there to fit new pants. Most recently I noticed the gift of how they support the earth with organic cleaning products and the recycle of the poly bags and hangers. I am grateful for their conscious business model and they are a great help in my life keeping my clothes looking good and cleaned. Thanks gang!

Very poor attention to detail on my suit. They screwed up the creases on my slacks and gave me attitude when I asked to have it re-pressed. My wool jacket was also returned with several random long hairs on it which were clearly not mine. Bottom line is that I would trust this place with my cheap dress shirts, but will no longer bring any expensive garments here.

I love everything about my Pilgrim Cleaners in Plymouth. The only small issue is their remembering - or actually not remembering - to fold my sweaters, even the cardigans (that they think of as jackets ??) Still not enough to delete a star over.

Brought in several pairs of dress pants and the creases werent done right, resulting in double creases on some pant legs. Not overly impressed. For what they charge, it should at least be done right.
