Just walked into Hour Glass Cleaners as a first time brand new customer. Phenomenal warm friendly greeting! Owner Jackie greeted me cheerily, and with lightning quick speed had my info, AND had told me about specials for first-time customers. If the dry cleaning is half as good as the customer service, it will be a 10! Ill report back after pick up...

Im new to the area and heard wonderful things about Hour Glass so I went in to have a couple shirts cleaned for my husband. Jack helped me and was very helpful making sure everything would be satisfactory to me. Thank you Hour Glass my husbands shirts looked awesome, I cant wait to bring in more items.

I was charged $10 for a 1 hour laundry item. AND Upon pick up the manager took items I had left for an estimate for repair. They had repaired them without consent, and she informed me they would be donating them.

They RUINED my $3000 curtains. "The laundry tore the lining to shreds" and these people take zero responsibility. Considering suing them. Would give no stars if possible. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
