Be warned, do not use the tailoring service. It is grossly overpriced and the worst of it is they cant quote a price because its shipped out 3rd party. So when you pick up, you are blindsided with a hefty bill. I gave them 3 separate chances voicing my concerns each time with their practice and fear of a large charge on pick up and they burned me everytime. The crazy part is that the charges are never consistent for the same service. Unfortunately, I will not be revisiting Pilgrim in the future.

Great Service! Easy breezy, everything on file. Friendly. Love the email notices when our items are ready. I often use Pilgrims, AND I have a home dry cleaning service 2X a week , but you can bet the turn around on garments. "Thank you" to the Ridgedale staff;-)
