First, Id like to say I have been a customer since this business opened in Mound, and am disappointed to say that I wont be back. I recently had a faux fur jacket cleaned at Sir Knight. The jacket was damaged during cleaning (it went in looking like faux fur, and came out looking like a 10 year old stuffed animal). They asked for me the bring the jacket in for inspection, which I did. It took them 10 days to look at it, and I had to follow up at 10 days-they never called me back with the result of the inspection. They claimed that their "fabric specialist" looked at it, and said it was a fabric defect, and there was nothing they could do about it. When I picked up the jacket, it had been treated AGAIN, and every bit of fabric on it was ruined. I had only left it for inspection, and then the manager denied that they had done anything else to the jacket, even though the attached receipt showed that they had attempted to clean it again. The problem could have been solved by offering to offset some cost of the jacket, but instead, they took no responsibility for the issue, and then lied about the second attempt at cleaning.

Major bummer. Thought we would love this place - close to home, small, quick, but sadly not the case. we dropped off our first order to be dry cleaned (including 2, $300 dresses of mine) and told us to come back the next day. When my boyfriend returned the next day, they had "misplaced" out clothes. Finally they were "found" but no discount or reimbursement was given. We have pricier items that we will be getting cleaned in the future and I do not trust them to care for them properly. Idk, shouldnt be that hard to keep track of 2 dresses and 4 pairs of pants, but we both were really disappointed. We will be likely using a place that is closer to one of our workplaces. If this is how they treat a first time customer, how will they treat us when we are just one of many. Sorry, youll have to earn our repeat business.

I dont do dry cleaning often, but this place is top notch!!! I have been in maybe a handful of times over the past year. Manager, Josh was very helpful and even remembered my name. On top of that, they are very good at what they do. I had olive oil and melted chap stick stains in a few of my shirts and they got them out when other places have not been able to. Thanks so much, will be back and send more folks!!!

Also wont be coming back. Left pieces there for alteration that werent tagged and would have been lost. Staff always seems confused. dont know where things are, prices, how to operate the point of sale, or return phone calls.
