The service at the County Rd 24 location in Plymouth lacks professionalism. The quality of their cleaners is average and the alteration is below average. Ive been going to this location for a long time because of convenience, but I finally decided to go elsewhere because theres been so many times that Im not getting what I paid for and they are not interested in satisfying their customers. Their price is good with their frequent customer program, but their quality and service isnt as good, so its not worth the discount. That being said, I recommend taking your cleaners to another location.

i had my pants fixed (broke button and zipper) getting them fixed cost more than what i paid for the pants. I brought them to get fixed to save money not waste more. When I got them back they were shrunk so small they barley went on and they are "floods" so now i have to go buy new pants anyways... made an account just to write this review not happy!

Ive been using this Pilgrim for four years. Very good service. I drop off a bag every week, and pick up my cleaning from the week prior. I have had no issues with my clothes, nor with their services, including the occasional sewing/tailor maintenance that Ive requested. Good personalities to boot!

Horrible tailoring service. I paid $75 bucks to have 4 pieces worked on and I was disappointed by 3 of them. Of course, what can you expect when the customer service is horrendous, and there is no fitting room for them to actually fit the clothes properly. Im taking my business elsewhere.

These folks suckered me into buying their blue bag then I get a 20% discount. Even with the discount they are still charging $3 - $4 a shirt. What a rip off. However, on the other side the service was good and the cleaning service was good.

Friendly staff and are able to clean up any stains. My whites come back white which others had not done w/ my shirts.....Plus the discount coupon I get after spending so much on dry cleaning and laundry doesnt hurt, either.

Agree on every point with 2007 reviewer. They tore my wifes brand new leather jacket and denied it. I kept going there for the convenience, but bad attitude, poor service and high prices finally convinced me to switch.

Lackluster service and they place permanent rags on your clothes for their use that are visible to others or scratch your skin. Never again!!

Go somewhere else. This place shares a vent with the asian restaurant next door and all my clothes reek of their food. Disgusting.
