I visited this martinizing location with a friend who was picking up one item. after hearing the blaring music and smelling marijuana, we werent too surprised when the employee could not find the item for over 30 minutes. another employee arrived and found the dress right away. my friend had asked that the first employee call a manager to find the item but he refused saying he had already called the manager too many times that day. my friend, calm but understandably frustrated, said she thought she should receive a discount or not have to pay because of the intensely poor service. the man refused. he called my friend a fu&*ing b%!ch, then followed us out to the car saying you are a f...ing cu.. he then stole her home phone number and began making threatening phone calls to her at night. the management refused to believe the story and actually called the police on my friend. needless to say, we will not ever use this franchise location of martinizing in the future.

I took a coat/ jacket in for cleaning. It came back with the gold specially snaps ALL removed with one missing. I have made many attempts to resolve this problem with no follow up from Martinizing. This is a jacket that is not repairable or replaceable, It was a very expensive collection piece. I have waited since January and even sent a letter, with no results.

Folks,the previous terrible review was from over a year ago when the Cleaners were under different management. The current management are great people and do an excellent job. They are pleasant people to interact with so I strongly urge you to give this proprietor a chance with your business. They do very nice work.
