Picked up my coat, was charged $20 and when I saw the coat wasnt really cleaned I told the representative that I expected it to be cleaned, especially for $20. They are going to clean it again which is fine but I was expecting to have a clean coat today when its cold. Had I known upfront that it would be $20 I wouldnt have used Pilgrim. Had I known I would spend my time and money to take the coat to pilgrim and not have the coat cleaned I wouldnt have done it.
