Customer service is horrible! Both women that work her are very rude! The older gal will yell at your children if they push the baskets around, if you need to ask them for change its like the worst question in the world like they dont want deal with u and God forbid you try to explain something to them about the change machine or even their equipment all the do is interrupt you and tell you how wrong you are! I thought the CUSTOMER was always right!!! Its all about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and theses people just DONT have it!! I will never be coming back here and Ive been going here for a year because it was convenient for me. Well never again!

Worst experience i have ever had here! I have been doing my laundry here for three years. The new management/ employees let the other customers children ride scooters inside the mat and their parents play their own music. There is a lack of management here, it is disrespectful to let your customers be inconsiderate to the rest of the quiet, patient customers. I shouldnt have to tell other customers how they should act in your business!

I hate to leave bad reviews even if Im a bit unsatisfied but I am going to save some parents a world of trouble. The place itself overall is pretty decent, customer service is alright BUT, there are these really dirty chairs in the back where the kids watch TV and play with blocks, and my kids got lice from them.

Gave 5 shirts for pressing, they burnt 2 shirts. they said we cannot do anything for it. never go to these cleaners, i found out later that a friend of mine had 3 shirts of his that were burnt too.

There are plenty of machines for both washing and drying here. I think on my most recent visit the air conditioning wasnt working, so just to raise awareness about that. Good location!

Never have any problems when I come here. Very frequent customer and it feels like home. Never had problems when I bring my shirts for dry cleaning. Always great work.
