Several years ago, I got an Entertainment book, which had coupons for about 6 cleaners in the metro, at about the time my usual cleaners closed down. So, I decided to test them all! Without going into detail, I found Crown to be far better than the others in terms of service and quality. So, I became loyal and now use them exclusively at this location of theirs. Have they ever let me down? Yup. Theyve ruined 3 shirts, and sometimes, the collars were not pressed properly. Or, they hung too long and too close, and a shirt or two might have that long, diagonal crease that can happen. What did they do? They made it right. Every time. If it were a pressing issue, they corrected it, apologized, and charged nothing. On the occasions of the shirt issues, they apologized profusely, directed me to purchase a replacement, and they paid me for it. Cash. No questions asked. Why do I focus on these mistakes in a 5-star review? Because of that other "review," AND because it isnt perfection that earns 5 stars. If you use a business long enough, theyll make a mistake. The difference is this: HOW does that mistake get dealt with? My previous cleaners ruined a SUIT. A suit! They shrugged and blamed it on the fabric. Crown? I know what they would have done. About 8 mistakes that I can recall - and they were darn annoying. But to put it into context? I estimate that the number of pieces Ive entrusted to Crown over the years is well over a thousand. Their error rate with me is under 1%. Ill take 99% any day, especially when the 1% is rectified so easily and completely. I like Crown, and I love the people there. Glad I know them, and glad they care for my clothes.

I had used Crown Cleaners for pants. In December 2016, I took my "dry clean only" bedspread to this location. It was "promised" to be done on 1/4/17 @5PM. I arrived on this date after this time and was told that my bedspread was sitting in a "bin" and will be completed soon. I was told that I would be contacted when it was done. By 1/7/17, I had not heard anything from anyone, so I called them. I was told that it was still in the "bin" and that it would be done "for sure" by VM on 1/11/17 by 5PM. So, I go to pick it up on this date after 5PM. I was told that it was not done and continues to be in the "bin." At this point I was done with dealing with this, so I asked for my bedspread back. The employee put it in my backseat. Later, I realized that my bedspread was in a "bin" most likely with other unclean items and now it is in my backseat. Due to this, I am concerned about even bringing it into my house! Unfortunately, I will not be using this business again. I feel that I should have been notified when my item was not going to be done when "promised" so that I did not waste my time twice trying to pick it up.

This IS the worst dry cleaner you can bring your clothes to, especially if you pay any amount of money for them. They have ruined shirts, pants and a comfortable and this is just myself and my emmediate neighbors. I cant imagine how many other peoples clothes theyve ruined, and the best part is, in every scenerio, they blamed it on the customer, what kind of customer service is that? Im just warning anyone who brings their clothes or anything else to this dry cleaners, they may not destroy something you bring in today, or tomorrow, but it will happen and when it does you will see exactly what Im talking about. My neighbors, friends and myself have all moved on to a different dry cleaner on Ashworth, THEY are awesome and after 3 years of business with them, Im still saying theyre awesome. After one with these clowns, I was so disgusted I almost bought an iron. DO NOT fall for this hole in the wall dry cleaner, they are not professional in the least and take absolutely no responsibility for their mistakes. HORRIBLE.
