I have to disagree with the customer service being great. We dropped off a rug a month ago. Called about it 2 weeks ago and said it might be in on the truck that day. My husband personally went into the store and was told the manager would contact him. He returned the next day and was told that the rug had to be sent out to a different cleaners, those cleaners were on vacation, that was the delay. Now a month after dropping off our rug we still have not heard from it. Never had the manager call us. Not pleased at all. We will never use them again.

Ankeny Dry Cleaners processes and cleans a great amount of clothing each day. With the community growing in population each day the amount of dry cleaning also increases. As things from time to time get misplaced with the huge amount of clothing through the business, Ankeny Dry Cleaners does a fantastic job of customer service. Keep up the great work and friendly service. When it is nearly 100 degrees outside and workers labor over hot steam it is impressive you still smile. : ) Good job.

We came from out of town for a wedding. Our clothes were wrinkled from the suitcase. This included my husbands suit and other difficult items. Ankeny Dry Cleaners went way out of their way to press all of the clothes quickly and professionally. When I came to pick up the clothes, they brought the clothes out to the car. They took such care to make everything look wonderful. The value they provided was incredible. I recommend them 100%.

NEVER GET YOU UGGS BOOTS CLEANED HERE!!!! THEY COMPLETELY RUINED THE FUR ON THE INSIDE THEN TRIED TO CHARGE EXTRA ALSO DID NOT HAVE READY WHEN SAID SO.(AFTER CALLING TO BE SURE WHERE READY) WEST DES MOINES LOCATION HAS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEES ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL &RUDE, WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS CLEANING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took draperies in to be cleaned following a fire. After 4 weeks finally got them back. They broke all my grommets and replaced with wrong color!! Never even pressed draperies! What dry cleaners doesnt press?! Manager is rude and unprofessional. Never going back.
