They burned a hole in my pants and kept the pants, and did not pay for the pants. I have no idea where my item is at the moment. Now they wont answer their phone. The manager is very rude to her customers has an attitude about my clothes that were left in their possession. I spoke to another lady that works there who remember the incident so why doesnt the manager remember. I will not stop until I receive a refund for my $75.00 linen pants.

In response to the man with the lost wallet. I went back on the security camera and he never left his wallet on the counter as he said he did. It would be polite if he would take this review down since this issue is resolved and it is proven that he lost his own wallet. Some people just cant accept responsibility.

Had my wallet stolen here when I took my comforter in. Called multiple times to speak with a manager to have him look at his security video. Was greeted by rude women wanting to know " What do you want". Will warn people to never go here at their own risk.
