Wow. This "cleaners" is the WORST. I dropped off 4 items of formalwear and every single one came back worse than I left it. I shoudnt have been surprised, as this has happened before--Im just glad they could find them this time--last time they misplaced two large sleeping bags and they sent me driving all over town while they figured out which location theyd sent them to, wondering if Id ever get them back! Well, the third times NOT the charm here. A designer dress I wore to a wedding had gotten a light oil spot on the chest and cupcake fingerprints from my toddler on the front. When I picked it up there was simply a tag stating that they had "worked on the spots but couldnt get them out." They still charged me for it, of course. When I asked the young man working there what they used on it, he showed me 4 bottles of different solution for blood, ink, rust, and dirt. Um, none of which were what the stains were on my dress...When I took it out to work on the stains myself here at home, I also noticed unsightly white flecks and a heavy residue feeling to the fabric that wasnt there before. Yuck...who knows what kind of carcinogens I now have hanging in my closet and against my body (if Im ever able to get the spots out myself to wear this dress again). Next, I went to hang up my 3-year-old daughters flower girl dress (which is now also soaked in nasty chemicals) and found it was missing one of three (faux) pearl buttons! So much for wearing that again, or consigning it for someone else to wear! And then my boys trousers, went to put them away and found a very crisp crease but WRINKLES galore all the way down both pant legs! And a very visible spot of food still crusted on the crotch! Money well spent, I tell you. NEVER AGAIN. :( P.S. One star is too many for this place, but that is literally the lowest you can rate for a review.

Poor customer service. Looses your laundry, ruined a pair of UGH books that were a month old, looked like they were very old when got them back. Specifically asked for a shirt to be dry cleaned, and they pressed it instead ,result was beads fell off shirt. Unable to repair and I couldnt wear the vest and pants with anything else since the shirt went with it. Uses safety pins in your close to tag them, which causes pin holes in your shirts. I would think twice about ever using them. Miss the old owners who had customer service and didnt ruin your items.

Dropped my coat off a month ago for a dry clean and alteration. I was quoted 2 weeks. I checked in weekly for a month and a week being told each time it wasnt there. I just picked it up and was told it had been ready for a while. The person who they sent the repair to, did substandard work.

The service is spotty, the first time they cleaned the jacket perfect, now they cant remove the same smells after two tries, and refuse to do anything else.

Did a good job with my dirty sport jacket that had throw up on it. Ready the next day.
