My first and only visit was at aproximately 8 am on Saturday April 15, 2017. I had just got off a 12 hour graveyard shift, was tired, hungry and shakey, and my apartment management had just extended the deadline for laundry room renovations. Despite having a terrible day I was incredibly polite to the girl behind the counter when I had a question. She refused to put her book down and pointed and said "READ the sign on the wall!" in a condescending tone, as if i were stupid (even though im a physics and engineering student). Well, almost every wall has a sign on it and seeing as she wouldnt get up, I didnt know where she was pointing. She yelled, "RIGHT THERE!" a few times until I figured it out. Apparently I needed dollars and all I had was quarters. Not feeling comfortable dealing with the rude brat of a girl and completely losing my cool I yelled the F word as loud as I possibly could and shouted "no wonder you work at an F ing laundry mat!!!" ... I was wrong to do that but Im just being honest. Needless to say I walked out and will never return, even though I can literally see the business establishment out my apartment window. Frowny face.

The customer service at this place is the worst I have experienced ever. The women that works there is very rude and does not know how to speak to customers in a polite manner. Furthermore the washing machines are to expensive to be treated so poorly.

Clothes are "cleaner" than when having gone elsewhere. Brought my best clothes & my best clothes will be my best clothes for longer.

was open late, i also had to take a major #2 and felt so much better afterwards i fell asleep in the chair by the vending machines.

Only place to go. Great service. Great washers and dryers. Professional and helpful staff. Always clean. Wouldnt go anywhere else

Pricey! Brought my jacket in. They werent able to provide me with a price. They guestimated it would be between $22-$30 +tax.

it is rare to find a place that does drop off laundry and dry cleaning AND is available to turn both around in one day.
