I have used Uptown cleaners for several years now and the customer service and quality of the work has always been excellent. I started using them because of the green earth cleaning method they use for dry cleaning the clothes. It really is a green dry cleaner unlike some of the competition out there who just say they are green. Not only do they clean my daily wardrobe but they also clean my comforters and rugs on a regular basis and do an awesome job on those as well. Totally recommend this place if you live in the uptown area.

My one and only experience was awful. I brought a dress I was supposed to wear to my bridal shower in for cleaning. Went to pick it up and they lost the dress. Feel free to use them if you dont care to wear the clothes again and just want to throw away your money. Worst part is that I bought this dress solely for the shower and it is like money out the window.. Thanks to the employee who is too lazy to do their job correctly.

Called them and got a quote for services. Was quoted one price and when I went to pick up the items it was over double. They play the "well we dont know until we get it". I was very VERY specific with what I wanted done and what the articles were. Final price they robbed out of me was over $100. Owner is absolutely 100% RUDE and unwilling to help. WOULD RECOMEND ANY OTHER CLEANER IN UPTOWN OVER THEM!!!!!

This must be the top dry cleaner in the uptown area. The customer service is greatly appreciated. They are able to work with any garment I bring in and in return give me quality service!!! Compare to many dry cleaners, they are a green dry cleaner. I would strongly recommend this cleaners!
