I cant recommend this Drycleaner, especially for alterations. I stopped in to have a couple of jackets sleeves shortened on Oct. 14 and was told the person they send out to do their alterations was going to be on Vacation the next week. I told them I was not in any hurry so we agreed upon Oct. 29th for pickup. I also had dry cleaning of some coats and two shirts laundered and decided to wait to pick them up when the alterations were done so I could make one stop. I didnt make it in until Oct. 31 and found out the alterations were not done. They then told me the alterations would be done on Nov. 3 I paid for my drycleaning but they forgot to give me the shirts that were laundered - I noticed this when I got home. I stopped in on Nov. 3 and only one of my alterations was done (the other was still being worked on. What the?! and picked up my two shirts. Then I dropped by on Nov. 7th figuring that surely everything would be done - alas....the other suit coat was STILL NOT DONE. Finally going to pick them up tonight Nov. 8 but wont be going back to this place for my drycleaning or alterations needs. 25 days and endless trips! Not worth it.

On Grand/38th: sent in some testers: wool coat, few Indian pieces with extensive embroidery, blue stain on one (sent half here half to Colonial Cleaners (CC) down street). Results: gasoline smell emanating from all items, blue stain gone, but had new oily stain in different location, they tried taking new stain out but couldnt, oily and more coarse texture on clothes (than CC- 4star), missing garment, not so favorable, not favorable at all. Gas, missing item, new oily stain; not ever going back here.

Every time Ive brought clothes in, theyve come back clean, on time, with no problems. They even got an oil stain out of a wool dress.
