Cleaning of my garments was GREAT I would give that 5 stars any day. The one star has to do with the owner and his poor sense of customer service. Mr. Talebi your poor attitude is what caused this 1 star rating. Employee quoted me one price and I did mention that I had a coupon. I was given 50% my bill for being a first time customer. I was told by the employee that I could use my coupon on top of the 50% discount. Yes I specifically asked could I do the 2 together, and was told that I could. I actually added an item because with my additional coupon I would have had a negative balance and they obviously would not pay me money back! I went to pick it up today and the dry cleaning bill had changed! The copy that I had in my hand from the day before did NOT match the bill they were handing me. The new bill no longer reflected the 50% off new customer discount. They took that off the bill and without even seeing what coupon I had just took $20 off my bill all together. I left yesterday understanding that my bill would be $3.20. My bill today was $24.31. After talking with the owner about this I was told "WE DO NOT DOUBLE COUPONS . . . EVER". I paid my bill but I can tell you that as an owner of a company your customer service is poor. Not even letting me ask questions. I asked why my bill looked different and again the response was "WE DO NOT DOUBLE COUPONS . . . EVER". Im a one time customer. Ill be sure to tell everyone I know not to go here. Go the chain stores pay the few extra bucks, its worth it for the customer service!

I have two different experiences with Bloomington Cleaners. I went in for the first time to have a couple wool coats dry cleaned. I had never dropped of dry cleaning before, anywhere, so I was a little confused when I walked in. A woman named Patricia walked up to the counter and did not even say hello to me. She seemed extremely frustrated that she needed to register me in the system, and cut me off when I was giving her the info she asked for. She didnt tell me how much it would cost or when it would be ready, all she did was hand me the ticket. She didnt thank me or say good bye. She was extremely rude. When I went back to pick it up, the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and thanked me for my business. The coats were nicely cleaned. However, I probably will not be going back.

I dropped off my dry cleaning on a Thursday at 9am they said it would be ready same day at 5pm. I picked it up Friday at 930am and it was not ready. It was only to be pressed. She told me it would only be five minutes I paid the six dollars and waited. After a few minutes she came out to me and said there was a stain on it. The coat was brand-new & it still had the tags on it. There were no stains when I dropped it off. I had her give me my jacket back and left as I was late for work by waiting for this jacket to be pressed. It never got pressed and it came back with the stain. Never going back. I know I have to go and retrieve my six dollars and ask for reimbursement for the damage that they did to my brand-new jacket.
