I seldom take the time to write about someone doing a bad job, but over the course of the last 2-3 months, 4-5 shirts came back to me damaged or unclean from the Bloomington Avenue location. Torn fabric on the collar from rough handling, shirts that were not clean, and stains that appeared to be the result of careless pressing were some of the issues I experienced, and I am now trying out other, less convenient, cleaners. While I accept the principle of caveat emptor applies when it comes to other people handling your clothing, I have to say that this kind of thing shows a tendency toward carelessness with the customers property, and I would have to suggest you take your laundry and dry cleaning elsewhere.

Great Service and Quick turnaround. They moved recently to Bloomington and 46th, just a couple blocks NW.

Store doesnt ever seem to open on time (at least 60-90 minutes late on several occasions).
