Brought in a comforter to be cleaned. They said it needed to be dry cleaned, to avoid shrinking the satin braiding, but washed it instead. Ruined and puckered the comforter and then basically called me a liar when I complained. They lied to my face and said they never said it was to be dry cleaned. They told me the label says its washable so they have to do what the label says.??

Our company has an account with them. They declined to pick up my items when I called at 8:05am. David was unprofessional and not willing to work with me since it was past the 8am deadline. Will be changing to a new dry cleaner asap.

I took a hundred dollar pair of jeans to be barred after I had my baby to be taken out 3 in and got them back smaller then what they was and still have not see them called today and nobody can find them
