The woman who owns this is quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met. She is very hateful in conversation. she actually chastised me for bringing my grandmothers clothing in just to get them pressed! CHASTSISED ME. and at the end of our transaction tells me "you are dismissed". She also said she will call us when the clothes are ready. I wait all day Friday and Saturday for her call. No call.I CALL HER and Im not upset, Im not rude, and she fusses at me again for calling before I even get my name out??? I go up there to get these clothes and I ask her politely why she is being so rude and she just fusses more and more. I literally have never had such horrible customer service. Rude for no reason towards me.Worst business transaction.EVER. I am in tears over simply having some clothes pressed for my grandmother.
