Paid for a suit at 10am to be dry cleaned by 4pm the next day. Got a call at 315 the next day saying it was not dry cleaned because it was wrinkled from being laundered before. Thats why it was dropped off to be dry cleaned... Unprofessional. Also it was now at a new location if I wanted to last minute pick it up (uncleaned) during rush hour. Good thing I didnt need it for an interview at 10am... Steer clear unless you have a week to persuade them to actually do the work.

their service here is wonderful.... they greet you when walk in, they have 30% off discounts for a person with a student ID... its a smaller scale cleaners but they will go the extra mile to make sure you are pleased... and if you have something they cant do they will notify you and recommend a few businesses that can service that item... I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND

Quoted us $14 for a coat cleaning- my husband double checked since it was such a good price before bringing it in. They told us 7-9 days but on the 9th day said it would take 2 more days...then after 11 days in the winter without a coat they called my husband and said it would actually cost $45 :(

What a great place!! They do offer a huge student discount and they will clean your Uggs even when they have oil stains that are impossible to take out.
