I had been a long time Pilgrim customer with an average of $750 a year in dry cleaning. Their service has gone down the tubes. Twice I had to chase down my pants at the location that does the cleaning and the pants were not even completed on time. I had a shirt come back with a torn epaullete holder and another come back with an ink stain. I now use Tide. Amazing service and drive through.
