Ruined my clothes! Never take anything you care about here. I had just bought two cream colored expensive shirts and was taking them to Roxy to be laundered for the first time. When I picked them up they were noticably dingy and gray looking. I couldnt even wear them they looked so bad so I ended buying the exact same shirts. I wanted the owner/mgr to see the before and after shirts so twice I went into the place asking for the owner/mgr and was told both time "hes out". I called twice to see if he was in before driving there and was again told he was out. Finally I talked to someone who said he is "always there from 7-9 every day". So the next day I went there at 8 and the worker said he was out. I explained that the day before someone said he is always in from 7-9. She said shed look but didnt think he was in. She came back 10 seconds later saying he was on the phone and that she would just take my name and number; that I shouldnt wait. Seriously!? So I emailed them explaining the situation. And I never heard a thing from them! Not only do they ruin clothes but they dont care when they do. To not even respond to my email. Clearly the owner could care less about customer satisfaction. Never again will I go there...my dingy gray shirts are a reminder of how they ruin clothes.

Considering the amount of dry cleaning choices in the Mac-Groveland area, it is amazing that this place is still in business. There was not one, but two separate experiences where my dry cleaning was lost, and nobody had any idea of how to find the items. Despite speaking with the owner, I did not receive any call back about whether or not the items were found. He did tell me about another experience where another customers shirt was misplaced, suggesting that this was not an uncommon experience. When finally the items were found, there was no formal apology or attempt to comp the lost items. This experience suggested a poorly organized business that fails to appreciate the customer, and I will never make the mistake of utilizing their services again.

I went in today for the first time even after reading the poor service reviews. It is in a convenient location for me to visit but oh my were the comments right on.. The old woman working was so rude and cold I felt like my asking for serive was nothing but an inconvenince for her. I will likely never return after my pick-up. She must be related to someone because no reputable owner would keep a "customer service" worker like her employed. Lets see how my UGG cleaning goes, at least THAT is done professionally, and not by this establishment.

Im perplexed and surprised by the bad ratings. Maybe its a relationship-based place, but my family has always only used this dry cleaners. They keep our tab, you can simply drop things off, they keep everything straight and do dress shirts, pants, suits and everything just the way we like.

Ugg cleaning is horrible! Takes weeks and my hot pink uggs came back worn and all of the easily cleaned marks were still present. Never returning again. Use to clean a lot of cloths here but there is always an issue that should not happen when your a paying customer..

Several months ago, I turned in three sweaters for dry cleaning, and had the receipt to prove it. When I went to pick them up, one was missing and their computer records had been altered to show I had only dropped off two.

Why offer next day service if you cant deliver? Not once but four times. Regular customer will take business to another local cleaner.
