They suck. Horrible customer service. I used them for years and put up with the occasional missing item, broken or missing buttons, or shirts that have been poorly laundered. When I got a batch of dry cleaning back and all my suit pants in that batch were shrunk, I called them to make an appt. to show them. They were rude, defensive and denied that they could do it. They told me that "I was the only one complaining so it couldnt have been them". I left without so much as an apology. Horrible way to run a business.

Zero Stars - Suit pants should NEVER be hung over a hanger; they should hung by the cuff! I dropped off 4 suits for dry cleaning and pressing. What good did it do to press my pants if you are going to put a crease in them? Additionally, the woman at the counter was very snooty and showed me no level of good customer service. Went looking for a dry cleaner in this area, and chose this one for its rating and location. BIG MISTAKE

Really great experience! Michael was friendly and really helped me out. I had a suit that needed to be dry cleaned by that afternoon and even though they had already finished same day orders at 10 and it was 10:30, he worked with me and got the suit on time. Really impressed! Great customer service and prices are reasonable. I will definately return in the future.

I dropped off a few items there and they lost my winter coat. I visited them and called them several times as they attempted to locate it. Finally the "manager" talked to me and he told me that there was no record of the article in question. He basically told me that I was fabricating the story. They are rude, rude people. I would not recommend them.

They have fantastic customer service and guarantee their work. If they cant get the spot out or repair it then no one can. I like the fact that they take photos of the clothes upon arrival so that they can better keep track of my clothes so they are not lost. The manager is dependable and hard working. They will have my business as long as they are open.

I think Vogue Cleaners is great. They were recommended by friends when I was looking for a "gentler" dry cleaner to care for my better clothes and scarves. I also really liked the manager (woman -- dont remember her name). Great service, nice attitude. I fully recommend them.

Best quality and service in town! I am a professional who wears suits everyday. I continue to find that Vogue has the highest quality and best service in town. Plus my clothes dont smell bad when I pick them up . This place is great and I highly recommend it.

Quick and normally they do a good job. Be sure to count your items before you go in, they dont count them in front of you.
