So far Ive been impressed with the service here. The staff is always friendly and my clothes come back on-time and properly pressed. I know, I know... thats their job, but clearly some in the industry cant quite figure it out - ever. Come on, you know what Im talking about. The owners and staff here seem to genuinely care. I received a great welcome email after my first visit - seriously it was fantastic - and then a hand-written Thank You card as well - see the images I shared. Again, more than Ive come to expect from a dry cleaner. Keep up the great work, guys. I think youre onto something here. And for anyone reading this, definitely give these guys a try. Youll be glad you did. Full Disclosure: Sad perhaps, but Im literally this excited to find a dry cleaner that doesnt suck. So if my review seems a bit overly-positive, rest assured that I have no connection whatsoever to the owners or anyone who works here.

Dropped off an expensive Alice and Olivia top - with 1 small food stain. The top came back with SEVERAL blue spots/ stains all over it. The top cant be replaced. Just disgusting to ruin clothes like that.
