One day I showed up about 10 minutest before my clothes were due to be done; I thought I was driving right by there and it was worth the gamble to save me a possible return trip to pick them up. Starcrest was very busy at the time and apologized that my clothes were not ready. No big deal, like I said it was a gamble. I told them that Id be back after a haircut in about 45 minutes and the manager assured me my clothing would be ready. When I came back the clothes were indeed ready, but yet the manager apologized again for them not being ready when I came by earlier and waived my bill. To me this was a huge show of respect for their customers satisfaction and it made a huge impression on me. All companies will have an occasional off/bad day, but in the three years of going to Starcrest on College Ive had nothing but good experiences. -JC

Very disappointed after giving them a second chance. Starcrest promises "In by 9, out by 5" but my clothes werent ready, because their press created a new stain on the back of my shirt! I had a job interview the next day and was depending on them. The manager reassured me I could trust them that the shirt would be ready first thing the next morning. It wasnt! I gave them a second chance to make things right and they didnt deliver.

Very friendly service and they can text you when it done! Shirt laundering was somewhere between $2.00 and $3.00. Pant dry cleaning was somewhere around $5.50. Overall great experience, and I will be visiting there again.

Great cleaners - they will next you when theyre done and it usually takes around 18 hours. They also have a drive through for express pick up. A little pricey - but cant complain
