Very poor communication. They lost the corset strap to my dress and when I called about it to have them look for it they said they would. I never got a phone call back from them (I had asked them to call me back) My dress also came back smelling like mice. I had to let it air out for a couple days and spray it down with fresheners because it stunk so bad. When it was all said and done I called them about my experience and they apologized for it and said they would clean the dress for free since I had such a bad experience. I had just moved out of town so I had my mother drop the dress off. They then told her they were charging me $x for the dress. Never got a call when it was done( they had my number). And then to top it off they charged more than what they had originally said. My sister didnt have a good experience either, but thats her story. Would Never recommend this place. My brother always goes to Lees cleaners and has had good service there.

I live 51 miles from Rice Lake. Called on Monday, explained Id like to stay in town a pick them up rather than a second trip. Said to have the suits there on Thursday, by 8:30 am, and they would have them done in a couple hours. Walked in at 11AM sharp, ready, reasonable, and NICE FOLKS TOO! AAA+
