Its almost laughable how terrible Plank Road Cleaners is. Ive come to find out that this is the cleaning company currently servicing the Hilton hotels in the area. During two different stays, at two different Hilton hotels in Baton Rouge, Plank Road Cleaners have returned clothes to me with wrinkles starched and ironed in, and all buttons and clasps shattered. The first time around, at Homewood Suites, they picked them back up to repair the damage. When they returned it to me a second time, the front button clasp was shattered, with only a sliver hanging on by a thread (also they had done nothing to fix the sloppy ironing job they had done on the pants). At this point, one of the front desk agents fixed the button herself and was very apologetic. The second time around, at the DoubleTree, they (again) returned pants back to me with wrinkles starched and ironed in, and two of the buttons shattered. When I sent it out to be repaired, they NEVER returned it. The hotel has been unhelpful in getting them returned to me, but thats another story. I do not recommend this cleaning company to anyone.
