I will start by saying that it is a clean place with friendly service. It is probably the nicest dry cleaners I have ever been to. However, I went to have a comforter cleaned. I specifically asked for light to no scent. The associate asked his manager if they could do that, and he assured me that they usually go lighter on home items. When I got it home and opened the bag, the scent hit me like a wall. Im not the one who is sensitive to scents, but I woke up nauseated. I have a massive headache from the scent that was added. Im going to have to take it to get cleaned again to get rid of the smell. No amount of friendly service can overcome the fact that I now have to pay twice to get it cleaned. It wasnt cheap, either. Im oddly grateful my husband was out of town, because he would have been truly ill. I will not be returning.

Horrible customer service! My wife dropped off our king-size down comforter to be cleaned and it was given back to the wrong customer. That customer never returned it and the customer service to replace the expensive comforter has been horrendous. We were not donating the comforter, she was dropping it off to be cleaned. She contacted customer service and the owner was supposed to contact her according to your policy within 24 hours. This was 3 weeks ago and she never heard from the owner. Weve only been able to talk to staff that are unauthorized to compensate us for the lost property. The customer service phone number on corporate website has been taken down and the online form to contact customer service is not working.

I have used various cleaners on the east side of Cincinnati for years from the "best" to small neighborhood cleaners. When the Tide Dry Cleaners opened, I thought I would give them a try. Friendly service, complimentary home pick up and delivery, easy drop-off service that will then be delivered to my house if I cant get it sooner. Pricing is extremely competitive and even lower than some other cleaners. All said, I am a very satisfied customer

Very disappointing considering they are carrying the distinguished Tide name. Between losing clothes and not throughly cleaning items, save your money and find a mom and pop cleaners. Headache after headache.

I decided to give them a try since my company is set up with them. Absolutely terrible. I took 3 pairs of pants there and they are all ruined. My pants are now too tight, too short and are torn in spots.

I took a pair of dress pants here to have a button sewn back on. The button looked like it was sewed on by a child. It came back off within a few weeks. Terrible, imo.
