I went to get my sunny yellow comforter dry cleaned here so that I wouldnt have to worry about the stuffing getting redistributed in the wash. I was told to sign a slip so that I could pick up the comforter when it was finished and that was all. When I returned to pick up my comforter it was white with faded yellow spots in some places. Completely ruined. Not only was I denied a replacement but I was forced to pay for the cleaning that ruined my comforter. I went to the BBB but they cant enforce anything only intermediate. The cleaners said that they had told me there may be a loss of color. However, if that were true I wouldnt have left my comforter there as well as they said that I had been informed there was a release form to sign and that I had knowingly signed it. The slip I signed has a release form on the back of it with conditions that have check boxes and a line for a signature and a line for the date. I did not fill out any part of the release form! They will lie.

Cannot attest to the previous reviewer, but that sounds unfortunate. This business has another location on Coursey Boulevard so it is convenient for me since this location is by my house but the other is by my workplace. Sort of confusingly, this location is not known as Lees cleaners, but it is under the same corporation. I have not had a problem with this dry cleaning business. I usually drop off a few shirts and dress pants to be dry cleaned and they always come out looking pretty good. I would give them a try and see what you think. Oh and they moved into a new building like 100 feet away from where it was previously.

I had the most incredible experience with an employee working the store this morning, Diana, and have to share about it! It seems rare to meet someone with a genuine heart and spirit to serve. Diana treated me as though I was the only customer they had, taking time to get my contact details and answering a few of my questions. I will be back for all of my dry cleaning needs.

I have decent cleaning experience here. Very convenient and clean business. The people are nice but sometimes screw up a few things. All in all I keep going back.
