Id give it zero stars if I could. I bought some motorcycle pants and they turned out to be too large. I had planned on selling them so I took them to the cleaners before selling them (Of course they never called me to let me know they were ready.) I sold them on eBay. The buyer received the pants and noted that the cleaners melted the zippers and they were ruined. I took them back to Apple Cleaners and they were to send them out to be repaired. A few weeks went by with no phone call so I went up there. All they did was re-clean them. They "sent them off" again and they said it would take 2-3 weeks. No phone call after four weeks so I go up there. They dont know where the pants are so they had me fill out a claim. Almost three months go by and I go up there again. They dont know, so they manager was to call me that very day. A week goes by and I didnt receive a phone call. I go up there AGAIN and they bring my pants out. They "fixed" the pants and did a horrible job and basically made the motorcycle pants worse. I told them I wanted my claim check by Monday or I would take further action. Today is Monday and theyre not answering the phone and theyve been open for over two hours.

Had to have a seam repaired on a pair of suit pants. Was promised they would be ready 22APR15. Asked about item when I picked up other dry cleaning on 20Apr15. Told it should be there. Called 22Apr15, not ready. Called 23APR15, not ready. At this time I said I absolutely needed pants for 24APR15 by NOON. Owner called me and said they were way behind but would "make some magic happen". Long story short, nope. He called a family members phone at 6:pm (I was already out of town by then) to say the pants were ready and the total was $17.50. Hope they fit the owner because I had to buy a new pair before I left town and I will never step foot in that store again. Trying Hometown Cleaners on Pearce next time. Owner does all of the work. Apple sends every single item to Illinois.

I took an oval braided rug (I admit it was pretty dirty) in on May 18, 2012 and the salesperson said it would be about $50.00 (on my receipt it said an estimate of $50.00) and would be ready on June 12, 2012. I thought this was a long time but didnt question. I called on 12th and was not ready, they called on 14th and I went to pick it up. The charge was $160.00 (over three times the estimate). A company should call the person if it will be that much more. Not really all that clean and a lot of small paper/trash in it, like it was not vacuumed after laying around a month. Will not go back to Apple Cleaners. I had it cleaned previously for $79.00 elsewhere.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO TO APPLE CLEANERS! THEY RUIN YOUR CLOTHES!!!! Had a shirt that they damaged, they "fixed" it. When I realized the shirt had not been properly fixed I brought it back for them to tell me "we dont have the shirt in our records, nothing we can do." So why did you fix it the first time? Never honor their own coupons!!! Horrible Business Practices!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Went there last week with a coupon and the guy up front said hed take it. Went to pay and it was more than the coupon price. Well apparently he didnt scan it and since they already cleaned my suit they cant give me the change back. Never coming back, I wont deal with inconpetancy.

Very unprofessional customer service. Dont even think about trying to give them a coupon when you pick your clothes up. They point to a small sign in the back barely visible and say you have to give them the coupon when you drop off. Be forewarned for subpar cleaning as well.
