Incompetent people! They are fine if all you want to get dry cleaned are sweaters. But be very careful if you want them to clean and press suits. Ive taken my husbands and my suits there too many times and they were all miss-pressed. I should have learned my lesson the first time. No attention to detail whatsoever, they dont care about your clothes even if you ask them to pay special attention. Im never ever returning to them!

Be careful when using coupons! They collect your coupons at drop off, but ring you at full price at pick up. This has happened to me 3 times in under a year. I love their quality, but Im done with having to drive back to the store for a price adjustment.

My husband dropped off our VERY expensive, sub zero sleeping bags 6 months ago... Didnt happen to mention it to me until this morning, since deer season is coming up. I called and they were very friendly and still had them for us! How wonderful!

Unfortunately I dont live close to enough to do all of my dry cleaning at starcrest, but I would certainly recommend them to everyone!
