So far, Im impressed. First time I went there, the person who took my order welcomed me to their establishment, asked my name and gave me hers. She jumped to the counter when I arrived as if she was excited to have a customer. When I went back to pick up, another person dropped what she was doing to take care of me. In fact TWO people helped, one took my money while the other got my clothes and they did it with a smile. Very welcoming. As for the clothes - they were clean, just right amount of starch, and very carefully folded. Best Cleaners obviously pays attention to detail. Pricing wasnt that bad, in fact on par with some discount joints around town. I took 3 suits, 5 shirts and paid $35.xx, with no coupons. At one of their competitors, I would have been charged $45 just for the 3 suits. And I got it back in two days - reasonable and acceptable time frame. (the high priced Hilltop Cleaners in Chesterfield takes a week!). Compared to my previous dry cleaner, this is a welcome change. In fact, I going there again today!

I was in search of an alterations place that was closer to my house. I had three pairs of jeans and a pair of black slacks hemmed, along with taking in the sides of a black top. All of the pieces turned out wonderfully! And it only took 4 business days to be completed! Did I mention how great the hours are? Also, the people who work here (they might own the place) are soo very nice. The woman read a book with my son to keep him occupied while I was in the changing room. I will definitely be back when I need alterations in the future!

Good prices, good work, and great service. If you want service with a smile and great turn around times, (24 hours on request, I think 48 hours is standard) this is your place. Had two buttons moved for a better fit on my suit jacket; those alterations only cost me $3, and it was very well done.

I havent compared the prices although Im sure they are competitive... but to have some welcome your business and provide EXEMPLARY SERVICE... even if it was 10% more expensive, I would pay it gladly. I highly recommend this family establishment.

Had my suit jacket hemmed and dry cleaned. Their price was competitive and was able to complete the job in 3 days. Everyone else I called said they needed 2 weeks to tailor a suit. Easy to work with and I was satisfied with the job they did.
