I wouldnt even be giving them ONE Star, but I had to or they dont let me post my Review. Beware of this Westway Cleaners on Clarkson Rd in Ellisville. My husband brought in a shirt he purchased a month prior and discussed with the owner how to correctly clean this shirt. When he picked it up with his other shirts, it wasnt until he got home and found this same shirt destroyed - after being put on a hanger like nothing being wrong - shredded, damaged beyond repair. When he took it back to complain the owner tells him the shirt was "flawed". We were shocked! First of all, not even a word that it had been destroyed, just put on a hanger and sent home! Then just a flimsy insincere apology, but that it wasnt their fault!! When I called to speak to the Manager, they would not even give me the name, but said "she" would call me - but of course never did. This is the worst customer service! I personally go to West Oak Cleaners and they are superb! If I ever had an item that might be a potential problem drycleaning, they call me first to explain, and let me decide what to do. And IF it would ever get damaged, they would call and compensate without any hesitation. Thats what good customer service is. I will be reporting Westway Cleaners to the BBB. TERRIBLE CLEANERS!

Be warned. This cleaner routinely ruins shirts. Pulling out buttons and tearing material. Inexpensive poor service, rude and always never their fault. They have burned the cuffs of my shirts as well and tried to tell me it was from my wearing them!! LMAO...idiots Have a spot that needs removed..go to a different cleaner. I dont think they actually pre-treat anything when you tell them. There are several cleaners in the area that are better. You may pay a few cents more but a decent dress shirt is much more expensive.

Terrible, terrible, I specifically said how I needed my shirts ironed and was told that is how they would be done. well they came back ruined. When I showed them the problem they basically said they cant do anything about it. I paid for dry cleaning and had to spend hours giving it myself. Do not bring your stuff here. They do not stand behind their services. Awful buisness

This cleaner destroyed my husbands business shirts. They lie, cheat, and just about steal! They ruined a brand new business shirt and when I saw the damage at home, I went back immediately and coincedently my ticket wasnt theirs all of a sudden. My ticket was blue but their tickets were identical but in orange. What a dirt ball business they are!

My clothes always come out great, they gladly accept all of my coupons. They are must less expensive than most dry cleaners. They could have better customer service, but I think the ladies in there are just really busy. No excuse, but it was never blatanly rude. I go back regularly! :)

They have always been able to work with any situation I throw at them, the clothes have always come back with the correct service, and the quality is remarkable. I will continue to use this facility for as long as I live in the area.

They are always friendly and helpful. One day I was struggling with my toddler and the dry cleaning. They noticed and quickly came out to help.
