My first experience was like this - I had a wool sweater I was about to give up and throw away with fuzzy balls all over and worn out. Anyhow, I gave it a try with Yes Cleaner, and surprisingly the sweater came back as good as new from Mr. Jongs care! All fuzzy balls were gone and it looked so neat like almost when I first bought it a couple years ago - I got so many compliments wearing it around, too - it made me so happy and impressed!!! This place surely not only know how to take good care of clothes but customers as well! I like Mr. Jongs gentle smile and consistent services always!
