I have come here several times, perhaps once or twice a month at the most frequent. Even though I am not a regular, they make the effort to remember my name, which is a great sign of customer service. I brought in my wifes dress and they checked over it thoroughly to make sure there was no spandex, which would damage the dress if present while dry cleaned. I also brought in my favorite tie. Pressing a tie will destroy it. Instead of pressing ties, like dry cleaners who dont know better, they steamed it. They really take a lot of care to preserve the clothes you give them.

They dont like people with dogs! I brought in 3 sweaters and slacks. 1 sweater had dog hair on it and they refused to clean any of my clothes. They should at least post a sign - I had to make an extra trip to return and pick up my clothes. I will not do business with them again!

Not only do they do a great job but they deliver personalized friendly customer service. They know our names and take time to talk to us when we come in. This is the type of service thats hard to find and the fact that they do a great job gives them an A++ in our book!

Fantastic! I had just bought a winter coat that had a terrible smell from being at a different cleaner. I then took it to Chesterfield Cleaners hoping there was something they could do to take the smell away. Just picked it up, and the smell is completely gone!
