I have taken my shirts and suits here for years. Gradually their service has been come worse. The low prices are not worth the way the clothes look after they are done. Sometimes I wonder if the teenagers that work their think its a joke and just put the suits in a clean bag without even cleaning them. 5 shirts on one bag they have creases and have to be ironed again at home. Pants creases are not in line with previous ironing, so pants have several creases where there should only be one. Ive gone another local cleaner and I see a world of difference. Its worth paying a little more for better service.

They cant call anyone back or email them! Im in town for a funeral, dropped my suit off, I was not informed that they were going to be closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for 4th of July. So I tried emailing multiple times and calling doing anything I can to see if some one can please let me get my suit, I even offered to pay some one, but nothing. I definitely wont be back at this place!

I think these guys on 1st Capitol do a great job!!!! I left $ in a coat pocket and Sue ran out to the car to give it to me. The dress shirt collars get rolled all the way down the way they are supposed to be and they look great. I think they have some kind of new fancy machine that does a great job on pressed dress shirts.

Really great place good customer service I dropped a motorcycle jacket off to have clean sewn up in a couple of places and have a new zipper put on it was perfect I will definitely be back

Havent used a professional dry cleaner in years, but American Cleaners did an excellent job on my beaded coctail dress and jacket. Plus, it was ready in just 3 days.
