This is the best Dry Cleaners I have ever been to. The associates are nice and friendly, they make you feel good with the personal relationships that they have with ever customer. The quality of work is great and you cant beat the price and did I mention I get my clothes back the same day. I used to go to American Cleaners and there customer service went down hill. With Dry Clean Spot the customer service is great and the atmosphere is really different. They have music playing and have a tv set on the news for your viewing while you wait. My suggestion, if your paying more than $2.75 or $2.00 with coupon for your dry cleaning, then you might want to look into giving these guys a try. You wont regret it!!!

The first time I went to this cleaners the owner helped me and was very nice. Its been a couple of months and I needed a cleaners again. I had a competitors coupon for $2.49 for any item, no limit. I thought they took competitors coupons, but was clearly told that they do not. The girl working had the personalityof a brick wall and clearly had no "stake" in the business. It was obvious that she didnt care if I took my business elsewhere or not. Its so hard to find golld help! Anyhow, I took my 11 pairs of pants and 4 shirts to Westway Cleaners, where the coupon was from. The Cleaning Spot wont have to worry about honoring another competitors coupon for me . . . b/c I wont go back.

DONT EVER GO to this business. They lost one of my most expensive shirts in March 2013. Im still trying to recover the loss from them! Its July 2013. First month they "stalled" by looking for it at the main branch in Brentwood. Now their staff cant be reached by phone despite my going by the Manchester location (which is under new mgt). I suggest you find a more reputable dry cleaner.

Stay away from this dry cleaner!!! They lose clothing often and treat customers as if they are the bad guys! They string you along, promising they will find your clothing, only to make you keep coming back and coming back, hoping youll give up. And their pricing is a joke - they always find ways to make you pay more. STAY AWAY!!!

Overpriced, not so good. $4+ per piece. Got back my pants and not only were they NOT clean, but they also took the liberty of picking out the pocket tacking stitches.
