Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Will NEVER return. Took the RUDE woman forever to find my husbands clothes and then when she returned all the shirts had HUGE creases towards the bottom right before the last button. I had never seen that before so asked her why they looked like that and she said thats where the machine ends... They looked awful and his white shirt had black lint all over it when it definitely wasnt given that way. She said theyll redo it and to come back. Had my husband pick up the next week and he dealt with even WORSE customer service than I did. The woman told him she couldnt find it and to come back. He told her no, he was already there and he wanted his shirt. She again told him to come back very rudely. She said she was so busy and had shirts piled high and just couldnt find it right then. He demanded to get his shirt and so another woman came over to help him. Finally they found his shirt but after 20 minutes in that hot place with the worst service imaginable he was soaking in sweat. Just awful.... NEVER GO THERE! They dont even deserve 1 star!

I took the same garment, with the same amount of soil, in to this establishment three times and was charged three different prices: $4.45, $9.05 and $12.00. I complained the second and third time and each time was told the preceding time was a mistake. On the third time I got somewhat irate but gave it up when it became clear that none of the staff gave a damn. Back home I searched the net for another dry cleaner and found J&S in Gravois Bluffs. NB American Cleaners does not accept credit or debit cards.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. EVERY time Ive brought items to be cleaned here, there is some kind of issue. Items Ive had cleaned before here, are no longer acceptable. Seriously, you cant dry clean my dry clean only pillow cover? And their staff is FAR from friendly. Horrible customer service!
