I can only rate the self-service portion of this laundry. I cannot comment on any of the other services such as dry cleaning or drop-off laundry. I found the place clean, well lit and air conditioned. The person there was very helpful and friendly. There is a small television and some couches and 2 pinball machines to keep you occupied. They also have a snack & soda machine, but the location is very close to a McDonalds so that is an option too. They advertise free Wi-Fi, but I didnt try it out. No complaints with the self-service portion. Recommended.

I have used this laundramat countless times. I drop off my Queen and King-size comforters to be done. They are always done up quickly, are very clean , and smell great! Sometimes I have been there every week. The people who work there are very nice, Ive never had any problem, but then, I dont have high expectations! If I worked doing laundry and ironing all day I would be cranky too! So I always try to brighten THEIR day ! Ive never noticed the place looking dirty, and it always smells good.

We drop off our laundry every weekend, and Id just like to warn everyone how horrible the service here is. The lady that works there has no manners at all!!!!! Shes rude every single time I go in there. She doesnt answer any questions we have and she never lets us pick up our laundry the same day. We appreciated the convenience of dropping our laundry off, but will never give them our business again because of their horrible customer service.

My dryer went out so this was an emergency. Clean, spacious facility. Older, smaller machines but worked fine. Havent needed to use laundromat in years so was pleasantly surprised to find same prices. Door was not open at 8:00 a.m. as stated on the door & the website so did another errand first. Will definitely use again if need be & would recommend to others.

I have a suit blazer I took in over on Saturday, its Wednesday and my very important corporate interview is today and I might not have it. They apparently send out their dry cleaning to another location. My husband was also charged twice for dry cleaning last week and they have yet to correct the problem.

Was pleasantly surprised how clean it is at Laundry 21. The gentleman that worked there was pleasant and helpful. Offering TV, Games, Vending Machines and WIFI. I was there just to wash a over sized comforter and will go back.

Wunerful, Wunerful, Wunerful - Except for the "broad - not lady" that works there?! Machines and facility are older, but machines do operate effectively and costs are commensurate with the equipment that is provided for use.

Had to use the facility to wash and dry my king comforter. The man working in the morning was super friendly and helpful! He even spotted me 2 quarters because I barely carry cash. Would use again and recommend to others!!

Old washer and dryers place in need of upgrade badly, drying out your cloth cost more for $1.25 you get 20min when I used other dryer at different place $1.25 gets you 1hour drying time. Never coming back.
