Please do not go to this cleaners. The lady behind the counter is INSANE. I went in to pick an item and she started scolding me, but I couldnt understand a word although I believe it was something to do with the ticket I brought in to pick up my item. I told her what the item was and that was the ticket she gave me but she continued to scold me but what she was saying was unintelligible. I asked for my item and she was easily able to retrieve it. I told her I would never return, that she was mean and nasty for someone who was in customer service. She "blessed" me as I was leaving. I would avoid this business at all cost as the prices are out of line and the cleaning was suboptimal as well as the owner being somewhat crazy.. I will not be returning and suggest you read these reviews before going there for you cleaning.

This is my favorite business in the St. Louis area. They have done my familys dry cleaning for over 20 years. Mr. Kim and his staff are wonderful. When my daughter needed a dress for a special occasion but didnt realize it had some discolored spots; Mr. Kim worked through the night to clean it. I once foolishly left a $100 bill in a pants pocket after a wedding. Mr. Kim found the bill and it was waiting for me when I picked up my laundry. Their cleaning service is outstanding and they have often replaced a broken button without my request and without charge. I give my unqualified recommendation for this dry cleaner!

Took a white shirt in to get a button put back on and when I come back I get charged for cleaning as well after I pointed out that I didnt ask to get the shirt cleaned. The lady told me that I hadnt specified that I DIDNT want my garment cleaned and that they had already cleaned it. Trying it on this morning for work and theres a huge brown stain on the front that wasnt there before...

The lady that works behind the counter is simply terrible. This will be my last business transaction with this company. Broke a button on my shirt last visit, denied that they did it, and is now charging me to fix it. Just dont come here.
