If there was the option, I wouldnt even leave one star for this business. I recently took my comforter in for cleaning. When I dropped it off, there were no stains. We picked our comforter up late in the day Saturday and when we got home and took it out of the carrying case we noticed purple stains all over it. It almost looked like it was washed with a purple pen or marker. Since the cleaners was closed on Sunday, we went up there on Monday and called on Monday to discuss to see what could be done. We were told nothing could be done and that some "household stains" just cant come out. The gentlemen would NOT even listen to us that the stains werent there prior. Instead he said he didnt like what I was implying. We spent $35 to have our comforter cleaned and it was completely ruined! He never even offered to try and get the stain out, instead said it is what it is. Will NEVER go back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We took her close here for almost a year and today I needed my shirts and pants back same day. I took the clothes in at 9:15 AM, and she was happy to tell me they would be back the same day;however, when I decided to only let her do the 11 shirts because of the price of the pants she got very rude with me. She immediately turned her back And told me it would be at least three or four days. She seemed offended that I wanted to do the pants myself. I am a mother of three and sometimes just need a little break in the daily routine. I hate that I wasted my time going in there when I called her first.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I have been dry cleaning my uniforms for 12 years now and this was the worst job I have ever seen. My uniform shirts were wrinkled and almost appeared as if they were not even cleaned. I had some pants hemmed and the thread was almost an inch apart. I could literally stick my finger in between the stitches. I asked for medium starch and got nothing. There was a stain on one of my shirts that was not there when I dropped them off. Dont ask for your money back cause its gonna be a no. I wish I could leave no stars.

These guys got stains out that had accumulated over months of not being cleaned properly at the place down the street that always has lots of coupons. These guys are worth every cent!

Be ware! This cleaners does not know what their doing. My white dress was cleaned and now has blue stains in several spots that was not on dress when I dropped it off.
