Update: The owner called and apologized for what happened and she also gave me a $10 credit. It was nice that she called. Thank you. First time using this place. Took pants in last Friday and they said would be done Tuesday. We went in this morning, Wednesday, and they didnt have the pants ready. Its not even that the pants werent ready when they said, but they couldnt give us a call and let us know??! Horrible customer service!

I went in to pick up my two down comforters and a bedspread. They only had one comforter and my bed spread. The young woman behind the counter said she would call the factory to see where it was and call me back. I never received a phone call and every time I try to call no one answers the phone. So I am now out a $200 down comforter and this place will NOT get any of my future business.

Cant seem to get it right; every order I need to return something for a redo. Collars/cuffs arent cleaned, no crease in the pants, womens collars ironed weird. I spend a lot of money there and they need to get it right or Im going elsewhere.

I was impressed by how good my clothes looked when I picked them up. The lady behind the counter was extremely personable both when I dropped my clothes off and picked them up. I would strongly recommend that people try out this cleaners.

Excellent service, beautiful job on folded dress shirts and vary reasonable prices...this was the 4th cleaners we had tried since Parks Cleaners closed and we are totally satisfied!
