The owner (Matt) ruined 2 brand new $50 dress shirts. To start off, I dropped off my shirts and he said that they would be ready in a few days after 5pm. On the day that he said that my shirts would be ready I stopped in to get them around 6pm. He said that they were not ready, but he would have them ready in 30mins or so. I was a little irritated, but I understand it is a small business and he was busy. I picked them up in 30mins and went on my way. About a week later, I go to put on my white dress shirt and I see pink all over the sleeve. This made the experience even worse! I checked my other 2 white shirts and one of the other ones had pink on it too. I brought the shirts back that evening after work. When I brought the shirts in he made it seem like I was lying to him about my shirts. This was really insulting to me. He agreed to fix the shirts, but he made it seem like he was doing me a favor or something. After waiting a few days I went back to get my shirts and they still had pink on them! He claimed that he could not see any of the pink on the white shirts and that he did all that he could. Two other customers even stated that they saw pink on the shirts. He still insisted that he saw no pink and he simply claimed that they are still wearable. He wouldnt replace the shirts and was really rude as well. Do not give this place any of your business if you do not want your clothes ruined!

Matt owns this business and he is very personable, does a great job and deserves the business from our community. If you come here regularly, youll see Hometown Cleaners is definitely the right name and he does a great job. Ps I love the drive through window.

I criticized too soon with my last review. An employee of this company called me back a short while after my attempt to call them. She was very helpful and I look forward to doing business with them.

Ruined two pairs of pants. They were quick to refund, but still this was the first time I went and to lose two pairs of brand new pants is unacceptable.
