The cleaners lost the hood to my winter coat. I explained to the cashier that I had never taken the hood off and it was attached when I dropped the coat off that morning. She spot checked the facility and informed me to contact the manager in the morning. I explained to her that the hood had to be in the facility as the coat was dropped off 7 hrs earlier in the day. She refused to call the manager or further look for the hood (she only checked one rack rather than checking all racks). I explained that I did not feel confident leaving the cleaners as the manager could give me the run around about finding my hood. I insisted the cashier look again (thoroughly) and she found it. I felt disrespected as a customer as if she did not value my personal items or my services. I stopped going to the location in Hanover Park years ago, when it was closer to my job. I will no longer return to the Naperville location, and no other CD One Cleaners.

The Ogden Ave, Naperville location has been our cleaners for about 18 months. They take care of the dry cleaning and launder and press our washable shirts and trousers. Never had a problem with them. No matter how busy they are, the staff are ALWAYS courteous, friendly, and professional (yes, they DO check your ID if you forget to bring in your receipts, so theres no danger your clothes go home with someone else). Theyve kept the door open for me when I show up a couple of minutes after closing time and even help carry the cleaning to my car when its a substantial pile. Theyve also been able to get out spots our old cleaners claimed were impossible to remove, so you can just sign me, "A loyal and happy customer."

After years of taking my laundry there and fairly good experiences (sometimes had to redo shirts due to not cleaning collar correctly), they unfortunately ruined my favorite shirt. I thought it wouldnt be a problem and that they would take care of it, after all the staff is great. It was A $150 Lacoste button down, long sleeve shirt, given to me by my mom. They stained my shirt with who knows what and all they offered was $20! Just ridiculous, I asked them for a $120 credit, which would have not cost them $120, but much less. Now they just lost a faithful customer and won bad reviews. Stay away!

These guys ruined(riped in the back) my dress pants on three seperate occasions. Initially, I thought it was me who mightve done something wrong but I brought in a brand new pair pants for cleaning and received once again damaged pants back. Store manager told me that they would investigate. After two weeks, the resolution I got is that "We checked our operations and there is no way we couldve damaged the pants" I am reporting this business to Better Business Bureau. Do NOT do business with these guys. The money you save youll pay by replacement of your garments.

I agree with the person below, this place is awesome, i couldnt have asked for better customer service. Everyone is so friendly and cheerful as soon as you walk in. I feel right at home whenever i take my clothes. Its always nice to be greeted with a smile first thing in the morning. You could never go wrong with the coffee. My clothes are always nice and sharp, never had a problem with my items. I will definitely be a loyal customer and never go anywhere else. Keep up the good work you guys.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, BUT I HAVE TO THIS TIME I HAVE TO, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. ASKED FOR HEAVY STARCH??? GOT NONE. SHIRTS LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE NOT EVEN PRESSED. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER, TOOK THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER 5 TIMES TO SPELL MY LAST NAME AND IT IS A SIMPLE 5 LETTER EASY TO UNDERSTAND NAME. AND THEY ARE NOT A GOOD DEAL ANYMORE. THEY HAVE RAISED THEIR PRICES 20 TO 30 PERCENT IN THE LAST 60 DAYS. JUST TERRIBLE, WAIT TERRIBLE WOULD BE A IMPROVEMENT FOR THEM. THE LAST TIME I GO THERE.

Destroys clothing. Ruined one dress - totally faded all of the color out of it except in two spots. Ruined one brand new blouse - silk blouse now has a run down the front of it like it got caught on something.

Shrunk and damaged texures of my shirts and some of them now have stains that they never had before. The idea of cleaners to clean my clothes and not make them dirtier! Will never go back to them.

ruined a $120+ pair of linen pants and an $80+ vest... do not go there! you have been warned, I only wish I read the review before getting my clothes cleaned here.
