My family lives in the area, and any issue we have that is past quick fix we take here. Most recently, I had a t shirt that was washed for the first time. Upon pulling it out of the dryer, the hem at the bottom had come undone about half of the way around. Took it up, they said give them until Saturday (this was Thursday). Went in at lunch on Saturday, paid my $5 and got my repaired shirt, looking good as new. *UPDATE* Upon getting home and looking at the shirt, and it was a single stitch line instead of the nice hem found at the bottoms of t-shirts. So I paid $5 to have them do something I could do at home. I tried to give them a second try with a bag of my girlfriends. One of the handles had come off at one side. For information, the handles are only held on by a couple of loops of thick thread. I dropped the bag off on a Wednesday. Was told it would be $4 and it will be ready on Saturday at noon. So I went in, and the bag hadnt been touched. They said give them ten minutes. Came back later and it looked fine. However, that same place that was fixed came undone about two weeks later. VERY dissatisfied

Abysmal customer service! Was promised an item by Saturday and when I showed up the door had a sign indicating they would be closed all weekend! Why would you promise a customer their item would be ready when you clearly had no intention of following through?!?! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!

Worst experience ever!!! Took the rug to clean, however, it looked almost the same after the cleaning!!! The stains didnt come out. Couldve done much better myself at home. She even charged me more than she told me its gonna cost! What an unprofessional place!!!!
